ever have felt like in heaven? Last night I felt so ... Thanks to some dishes that I prepared. North African fish skewers (recipe available TU) moved me yesterday to Paradise - the culinary. Indeed, the cook this delicacy wprawiało me in ecstasy when they breathed in all the scents of herbs ... But what survived my taste buds at the time of tasting the first bite is indescribable ... Sweetish - thanks to the mint, sharp - two kinds of pepper and tart piece of salmon (the original recipe, unfortunately, is the swordfish, but it was not able to acquire). Paradise in my mouth - I recommend hot!
